Age-Criteria:

Upper age limit is 30 years for GENERAL (UR) category.

Eligibilty:

• You must have completed your Degree/Diploma in Engg./Finance Discipline with 60% marks or above from the recognised University/Institute on or before 1 December 2016 from a recognized university.
• Those who are appearing in final year/semester and awaiting their results are eligible to apply for CIL.

Fee Details:

Pay Scale:

The salary offered by Coal India Limited for Management Trainee in E2 grade in pay scale of Rs. 20,600 – 46,500. The initial Basic of Rs. 20,600/- is given during the first year (Training Period). After successful Completion of Training you will be regularized in E3 grade in the scale of pay of  Rs. 24,900 – 50,500 at the initial Basic of Rs. 24,900/- with probation for 1 year. Besides basic pay you will also get other allowances & facility as per company rule. If you get selected then, you will have to serve the company for a minimum period of 60 months.

Selection Process:

The selection procedure will consist of Online Exam of 3 hours comprising of two Papers: Paper-I & Paper-II. 

Paper-I : This paper will have 100 objective type MCQ questions. The subject asked in this paper will be General Knowledge/Awareness, Reasoning, Numerical ability and General English.

Paper-II : This paper will be related to your discipline & 100 questions from Professional Knowledge will be asked.

Note : 

• Each question will carry 1 mark and there is no penalty for wrong answer.
• The question paper will be set in bilingual language (i.e. English and Hindi only).

Personal Interview: If you will qualify the online exam then you will be called for interview.

Qualifying criteria in Online Exam:

General UR	Minimum 40 marks in each Paper
OBC (Non Creamy Layer)	Minimum 35 marks in each Paper
SC/ST/PWD	Minimum 30 marks in each Paper
